This video is made directly after a healing session I had done using a mixture of modalities that I have combined into one practice. I now go deeply into my body and remove ancestral distortions and recent blockages. I use: The Cortices Technique and Tapping to open up the body/mind/soul connection. Then I ask questions and muscle test. I agree the issue I want to work on removing with my body, and I acknowledge the message given via the condition and thank it for doing it's job as a teacher. I then use the Emotion Code to remove trapped emotions when guided to. Can also use BodyTalk conversation and movement at this point too. I then meditate a little and let it all settle.
