For the Every Bit Counts Challenge this week, the pace has picked up. When it comes to preserving and storing food, every bit counts. This week as we near the end of August the garden is starting to produce very heavily with lots of tomatoes coming in and lots of tomato products being made! We continue to chip away at the freezer as well and work on canning some stuff to free up freezer space.
