Here I go over Bicep Ring Curl Variations. Most everyone will now be able to perform bicep Curls safely with equal effectiveness, from beginner to advanced strength. Doing biceps the traditional way sucks, at least for me anyway, but I hope this variation helps biceps suck a little less. If we're going to do hard work let's make every rep count, and with these variations, the built-in technique helps you do that when that's the last thing you want to worry about when your in torturous pain.
