Got to round 14 solo today, here is the video.
A lot of people PMed me after my last video asking how I convert fraps to youtube in good quality:
I set the game resolution to 1280x720 and record in fraps at full size, its the best quality my computer can handle without dipping below 30FPS often.
I just take the final file (this was 2.7Gb and throw it into windows movie maker (running vista) and publish the movie. Choose for the computer, pick the Xbox 360 HD profile which exports in 720p. The final file size was 150MB for this clip.

Just fixed 3 doors that would not stay closed in my house with these Gator strike plates. The screw holes didn't match up 100% from the old plate, but I didn't want to risk drilling new pilot holes so close to an existing hole and strip the area. The screws flushed up at the end and I didn't see any need to put more effort in. All 3 doors close now and the only hint that the plate exists is if you don't turn the knob enough you will feel it hit the second plate as you open it.
I was expecting to have to remove the plate and route out the hole but I didn't need to for any of my doors, even if they were a quarter inch off.
