Divinity II (Part 88) Aleroth Revisited - Sherlock of Aleroth, Clue 3
Another long, twisting path to get to the third clue needed to uncover clues to release Behrlihn. My dog decided to give you all his two cents as well. Sorry about that. :)
This system is WAY easier than Circe. Had it not been for dumb luck, I would have beat this mission on the first try. Maybe had I brought a better wingman...
This map looks really small, but I know it can't possibly be that small. I've found 1 vacuum bot and rescued the first little sister shortly after leaving the ocean area.
Here's my retrospective and review of Maniac Mansion. One point that I forgot to make in the video is that the version of ScummVM that comes with the game seemed unstable on Linux and froze my system once and had other glitches with KDE. Not sure if this would be the case with Windows, but it's worth pointing out that using the version of ScummVM from the repos in Linux worked flawlessly for me instead.
Both of the quests for this area are in the southern section of the forest. After we finished clearing this area, we were able to head back to the Imp Village and complete the two quests that required a visit to the Lich cave.
Beginning a new act now. The exterior of Citadel Island isn't all that big actually, but it looks like I left a magical sword behind. Woops. I think I can come back and get it later though.
Important safety tip; the game doesn't save your progress after this shoot-em-up portion. I had to go through it again. That's ok. It's fairly short and a bit of a nice diversion.
