I decided to fire up Danmakufu ph3 yesterday and I stumbled across an old project that I had started in May 2020. I ended up having to abandon it shortly after in order to focus on other commitments, and this project ended up being forgotten about. The entire project took place within a fictional, highly technologically advanced world with an original cast of characters, with technology being so advanced that it had not only managed to render nature obsolete, but nature itself had started to assimilate itself into the technology, effectively creating an entirely artificial, decaying world. This particular spellcard was intended to be the final spellcard of the final boss, with the boss reviving for one last hurrah after it had seemingly been defeated (think Resurrection Butterfly from Touhou 7.) Still, while I was playing through it I felt like this spellcard was too easy, with half of the spellcard being beatable simply by sitting in one place until the third phase started. The card itself didn't truly become at least somewhat challenging until the fourth and final phase began. Many Touhou players, especially those who play the fighting games will probably recognise the soundtrack used throughout the spellcard - it's [Bhava-agra As Seen Through a Child's Mind](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FFLOT2pO3NE) - Tenshi's Hinanai's final theme from Touhou 10.5. This, along with a bunch of other stuff you're seeing here, was included as a temporary asset that wasn't intended to make it any sort of final release. The spellcard background was also a temporary asset that was included to give an idea of the general "vibe" of the spellcard. I don't currently have any plans to bring back this project - mostly because I don't have the time these days. *Maybe in the future though...*

I want to start uploading videos using the AV1 codec in the future due to it offering what seems to be the best video compression that is currently available. Since my potato PC encodes videos at a glacial pace when using the libaom-av1 encoder, I just used a quick boss fight from my Touhou 12 1cc a couple years ago to test it out and whether AV1 encoded videos are viewable on Odysee (although this is dependant on the hardware and browser that is being used by the viewer.) This is a 640x480 60 FPS video that was encoded in Shotcut using the libaom-av1 encoder on an Intel Core i7-6700 running Manjaro. I opted for that encoder in particular since it seems to offer the best video quality out of the AV1 encoders that are currently available (libsvt-av1 is faster, but the quality sucks.) I can't wait to upgrade my PC so I can finally invest in a GPU that allows for hardware-accelerated AV1 encoding. I am aware that the audio quality is shit. Since this is just a test upload, I figured it wasn't worth trying to correct.
