placement of 2 coronary stents 2 months ago , under kardegic and plavix, Presents withf acute panreatitis stage B and cholangitis, , elevetad liver test with 3 stones in the CBD( MRI) which is dilated to 12 mm.
ERCP Easy access to the VBP, opacification shows the 3 little stones of the lower common bile duct,
The papilla is dilated to 6 mm then the 3 stones are extracted with a balloon.
No noticeable bleeding, patient discharged the next day.
