DC Motor H Bridge PCB - Trying out the Simple Electronics PCB with PWM Control
PCBWay Supports High Precision Advanced PCBs: https://www.pcbway.com/ This is the H-Bridge PCB designed by Simple Electronics, which I decided to also make and try running with PWM control from an Arduino Uno.
The sketch is rough and brute force just to get going for fun.
Take a stereo line input and send it out on 3 buffered 3.5mm jacks

While I was at the local Dollar Store (Dollarama), I found some tools and supplies I thought might be handy to have around the workbench including a screwdriver bit assortment kit, a heavy duty power extension cord, epoxy, glue sticks, and storage trays.
A few dollars well spent.

The X9C series of digital potentiometers feature a simple 3 wire control interface, provide 100 steps of wiper adjustment, and can optionally save the wiper position for automatic recall of the setting after power on.
Here's an Arduino Uno sketch showing how easy it is to control and use the X9C family of digital pots.

Using the DS18B20 one wire digital temperature sensor is easy with some Arduino libraries to provide a simplified interface. Configuring the device and retrieving temperature data are very fast and simple.
The waterproof probe version is tested here and we compare the probe against a K type thermocouple in ice water, hot water, and at room temperature in air.

There are 2 versions of the sketch, one using OLED display and one just using serial monitor if you just want to get the sensor working.

When you need to solder in tight places without creating solder bridges, such as soldering a small wire onto a surface mount chip pin, using high temperature Kapton tape as a solder mask may help.
By covering the pins or pads all around the area you're trying to solder, you can freely reflow the pads without getting solder on nearby pins, and the tape will stand up to the soldering iron temperature.

How to read, reset, or program the fuses on an Atmel AVR ATTINY85 device when all else fails (after you've bricked it), using Arduino as a high voltage serial programmer with a 12 volt power source.
I would like to later re-integrate functionality to recognize other devices and will update the sketch at that time, but I don't currently have other devices to test with.

I assembled and tested this Arduino Uno clone kit called Bread Board Buddy, sold by Universal Solder:

This kit was sent in by https://www.youtube.com/user/pileofstuff as a fun project to build, and I wanted to test it out by using it with an Uno based PWM audio synth project I previously tried on a full size Uno:

Revisiting the recent situation I had where I couldn't get reliable readings on multiple K type thermocouple meters and probes.
Previous video with Thermocouple woes: https://youtu.be/iZu1cWASU4c
I managed to tear down the low cost eBay thermometer and fix the loose probe socket, in which process I learned about Elastomeric zebra connectors.
I believe I also determined why the Extech meter wasn't reading lower than 6 or 7 degrees C with a -2 degree probe tip.
