When we are saved we first recognize our sin. Even the nicest people are sinful. Then we ask Jesus to forgive our sin and repent (Meaning to stop doing what we KNOW is wrong)and to become more like Jesus.
Then we are baptized. Not just by water but by the Holy Word of God. He has washed us clean by dying on the Cross and becoming sin, even though He was the perfect Son of God. He never sinned. He knew hunger, want, cold, heat, pain, sorrow and fear.
And yet the Father's love for us, His creations, made Jesus obey and live and die and live again, so we could have eternal life through Jesus without any pain, fear or sin.

HE washed us with water, His precious blood and His Word. To believe in Him and turn your life over to Him body and soul.

In some places of the world it is already Palm Sunday. Palm Sunday marks the beginning of what many Christians call Holy Week. Tomorrow I will post a Palm Sunday video. But to start off the holiest week of the Christian year, we should do so with happy hearts and praise. When I was young my father brought home Easter Lilies every Holy Week. My mom had a green thumb. These are the beautiful flowers of which Jesus refers to when He tells the people not to worry about what they should wear.
'Consider the lilies of the field, they do not labor and yet your Father has arrayed them in beauty even more than Solomon had' (Paraphrased).
These are fractal lilies and digital art. But they evoke the same response. Lilies are pure white and some have streaks of the palest colors in them. I tried to make the digital ones appealing but nothing is like the real thing. This week represents the triumph of Jesus over sin, death and evil. He comes into the city being worshiped and in less than one week is being called to be crucified.
May the beauty of our Lord Jesus brighten your days and lives. May you be ready to tell others about your love for Jesus, God the Father and the Holy Spirit. Have you produced any spiritual fruit lately? God's peace to you all at the beginning of this HOLY week. In Jesus precious name, Amen

The song in this video is contemporary Gospel. It tells about how our Lord Jesus who is King of the Earth, in spite of Satan being in temporary control now. It also tells how Jesus will be King of the New Heaven and the New Earth. It is based on the following scripture: Revelation 19 V: 21
**'The New Heaven and the New Earth
21 Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more. 2 And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3 And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, the dwelling place[h] of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people,[i] and God himself will be with them as their God.[j] 4 He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.”
5 And he who was seated on the throne said, “Behold, I am making all things new.” Also he said, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.” 6 And he said to me, “It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. To the thirsty I will give from the spring of the water of life without payment. 7 The one who conquers will have this heritage, and I will be his God and he will be my son.' ++
What a joyous and wonderful day that will be for believers. We will live in the New Earth. We will be rulers of our world. The Lord will bestow on us the power to judge angels including the father of lies, Satan. This is what we hope and pray for daily. First we are gathered to the Lord, then we take our places in the New Earth, with Jesus and God the Father almighty as the King. Keep the hope of the Lord alive in your heart and pray that our day will come soon. God's peace to all of you. If you want to follow Jesus just tell Him in prayer. You need not know any fancy words. Just tell Him that you love and trust Him and you will be saved. God bless and keep His own in peace and safety until we are called to be with Him. Amen

At one time I used to collect cut glass vases, glasses, plates, sugar and creamer sets. I love the way it glints in the light.
I had a set of cut crystal candle holders and they were so beautiful on a set table with just the candle light.
This is my tribute to cut glass pieces I still have, have given away or in one case sold to a friend. Cut glass and cut crystal are both very easy to reproduce digitally. Thank you for watching. JJ:)
