Could it be that the health issues that are epidemic: epidemic levels of cancer, epidemic levels of diabetes, epidemic levels of high blood pressure, epidemic levels of heart disease, cardiovascular disease... could that be? Possibly based on the fact that we are not eating the way our bodies was designed. Now don't misunderstand me GOD is not punishing us for eating incorrectly. By eating incorrectly we are putting things into our body things that are not designed for our body. If you have an automobile and you put mud in the gas tank or the diesel tank it's not going to work well. If a person would do that it wouldn't make sense to blame the person who invented cars for the car not working well. The car was designed specifically for certain things to be put in it. Our body was designed by GOD and we should put specific things into it. Always be led by The SPIRIT. Ask GOD what should I be eating. At every meal, maybe 30 or 40 minutes before eating what should I eat today? What does my body need that I am not aware of. I believe that HE will tell you. After Sin enters into the world GOD gives us a new way to eat based on the fact that our bodies, the atmosphere, the earth itself is not the same as it was before sin. When sin has come into the world the world has entered a state of entropy. The scientific term where things tend to get worse and decay and not heal themselves as quickly as they could. Things dont rejuvenate as quickly as they could. "Every moving thing that lives shall be food for you. Emphasis on the green vegetables because many of the things that we think of as vegetables are not vegetables for instance potatoes are not vegetables that are root tubers. So basically they are a root, not a vegetable. Most of your vegetables are going to be green and leafy. Vegetables have anti-oxidants , different properties in them that are natural medicine. Some of these phyto-nutrients are anti-cancer, anti-high blood pressure... anti whatever problems the body is facing many of these plants are helpful in fighting them. Again most of the diseases we have today in society didn't exist before the 1500s when sugar was distributed worldwide and I'm talking about the refined processed sugar. That was not available and we didn't have the type of diabetes, cancer and several issues, Alzheimers, dementia didn't exist before. There are well over 101 Healing Scriptures I recommend at least 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon. People who are very serious about their healing or are in serious situation have read the Scripture 8 hours a day like a job and even put in some overtime getting up to 12 hours a day Reading them with your eyes, saying them outloud with your mouth so that your Ears hear them and then meditating on what you have heard. Its best to meditate on GOD’s Word at the end of the day as you go to sleep. If the person can’t read, is too weak in their body to read you can read the Bible too them or they can listen to Healing Scriptures online until they can build up their strength to be able to read for themselves.
