雙色藍莓磅蛋糕,加了秘密武器更美味 Double Blueberry Pound Cake
這顆雙色藍莓磅蛋糕,也不是什麼特別的發明,不過最後的切面讓我滿驚喜的「啊,果真是市面上看不到的設計呢!」很高興自己嘗試了這個組合,我的磅蛋糕看起來美麗,吃過的人也都贊不絕口!除了外表討喜,成分中比一般磅蛋糕多加入了「奶油乳酪」,吃起來更濃郁濕潤,非常好吃!

:食譜:

食材▼

中筋麵粉 200 g
奶油乳酪 55 g
無鹽奶油 115 g
雞蛋 4 顆
糖 180 g
泡打粉 1/2 小匙
鹽 1/8 小匙
新鮮藍莓 75 g
藍莓果醬 40 g

I used both fresh blueberries and blueberry preserves to make this pound cake. It's so good! Both its fancy looking and flavorful taste are amazing. Especialy, if you are a blueberry person, you must try it!

: Recipe:

Ingredients▼

all purpose flour, 200 g
cream cheese, 55 g
unsalted butter, 115 g
egg, 4 ct
sugar, 180 g
baking powder, 1/2 tsp
salt, 1/8 tsp
fresh blueberry, 75 g
blueberry preserves, 40 g


:Instruction:

●Making the Batter
1. In a mixing bowl, add softened butter.
2. Blend the butter until smooth and the color become lighter.
3. Add softened cream cheese. Blend the mixture well.
4. Add sugar. Blend the mixture well.
5. Crack an egg at a time. Beat and mix them well.
6. Put a sieve on the mixing bowl and add flour, baking powder and salt.
7. Gently fold in until just combined.
8. Split to 2 mixing bowls.
9. Add fresh blueberries into one mixing bowl.
10. Add blueberry preserves into another mixing bowl.
11. Mix fresh blueberries with batter firstly.
12. Mix well another mixing bowl.

●Preheating the Oven to 350℉/ 180℃
13. Line baking paper into the baking pan.
14. Add the plain batter into the baking pan firstly.
15. Flatten the batter slightly.
16. Add the blueberry batter.
17. Flatten the batter.
18. Transfer to the preheated oven.
19. Bake at 350℉/ 180℃ for 20 min.

20. Take out and draw a line in the middle with a knife.
21. Transfer back to oven and bake addition 25 min.

22. Remove from baking pan and let it cool down.
23. Slice the cake when cool down completely.
24. Enjoy!
