One of my favorite tools for helping others discover places where small simple changes can be applied to a sequence of events that ultimately ends in the outcome being different and hopefully better (more positive). This video, Chain Analysis of Problem Behavior, will walk you through a chain analysis example so that you better understand how to utilize chain analysis for anxiety, depression, and other chronic conditions in order to decrease their likelihood. Think of a negative behavior that you do and watch the video.
