It’s been 9 months since places shut down and we all had to adapt quickly to our *new* realities. Working from home and virtual education has become the new norm. Staying indoors and isolated can really impact people (positively and negatively). Here are a few ways I've been staying positive and keeping up with my health ever since the start of COVID!
