Attorney That RIDES’ Extreme Motorcycle Adventure Reunites Him With Sasaki Norio
In 2015 I had just completed the popular ADV run on a Harley starting in Tierra Del Fuego (Ushuaia, Argentina), all the way north to the goal of Prudhoe Bay, Alaska. On the way down I stopped in Joy, Alaska finding this guy who would walk from Prudhoe to Tierra Del Fuego. His name is Sasaki Norio and thank God I grabbed my phone to record our conversation.
I decided to do the run on a Harley AGAIN in 2019. I found him on the Internet taking a selfie with another motorcycle world traveler. I quickly reached out to Sasaki asking him to meet me at the bottom of the world since he was quickly arriving to his final destination. He responded back through Instagram that translated his Japanese into English so that I could understand it. I told him what I was doing and gave him all the links to my sites so that he could follow me. When I got to the bottom unfortunately my dad died on May 6. I had to cancel meeting him but a reschedule for the next day because they really couldn't handle anything emotionally since I was grieving for my father.
The next day Sasaki put a smile on my face when I seen him. I didn't realize it at the time but when I started reviewing the video that I took I realized that his English had improved by leaps and bounds. Sasaki is a man that I greatly respect and honor for the adventure that he took on traveling by himself through all those countries. It was about August 24, 2019 where I read something that he had finished traveling along some Canadian River and he was going up to Alaska to discover some other adventures.
I guess when he left South America he went to Canada for further adventure. Perhaps one day my children when they graduate will get great jobs and give me a credit card so I can go and discover the world as Sasaki is doing.

I previously made a great video for bikers to camp next to their bikes off the ground using a Marchway Cot. Weighs like 2 Lbs and small to store on your bike. As part of my Moto Tips on Gabe's Hoka Hey trips I had to include the Marchman Cot. I have saved big money by sleeping next to my bike in truck stop parking lots. It is super hot down here in South Florida so please stay hydrated on the road. You may be in the wind but your sweating body fluids that evaporate in the win causing the body to sweat even more. Stay hydrated by drinking water or Pedialite.
I am a big proponent and supporter of pulling over and seeing if the broken down rider is needing some water. They may be waiting for help and are drying up quick in the heat. Here you come and offer a bottle of water and you their super hero.
Stay hydrated and help your fellow bikers out there on the road. Dont be an asshole be a stand-up person helping those. remember what comes around is what goes around. Jesus says what you sow is what you reap. Possible you are greedy and you dont know why folks dont stop to help you. Some zen folks say Karma I say you harvested what you planted!

In this video I leave to hotel and see Byron and Poncho for the first time since may 2019. I called ahead and they had a motorbike for me since it is NOT economical to fly my Harley into the country. My wife is still camera shy not wanting to be in the shots because she likes her privacy. I try to bribe her by offering her a pedicure in a salon that was right next door to the Ecuador Bike Rentals in Quito.
