Tip 1: Couponing can be a great way to save a lot of money, especially when you are using coupons for your groceries. Food is something we can never stop buying so wouldn't it be a win win if you could buy that food and spend less money?
Tip 2: Food looks 10x better when you're hungry... So make sure you go to the grocery store next time on a full stomach. This way you won't eat as much and those sweets down the candy aisle won't be calling your name.
Tip 3: You can'y spend more cash than you have on your person. A money envelope is the ultimate way to never spend more money than you have ever again. Because, once you run out of money you can't buy anything else, it is also mentally harder to see cash leave your hands especially if it's hundreds of dollars rather than swiping some plastic.
Tip 4: Get off of your phone and stop looking at everyone who has everything you want. You already have everything you need there's no reason for you to start buying more useless stuff. Social media is the best place for you to waste your money, the constant advertisements and reminders of things you don't have will cause you to make some really interesting purchases, especially at 2am.
Final Tip: Pay yourself first, when I say this I mean put your money where you know it should be going first, once your money is spent on yourself you will be limited on buying the other stupid stuff. This is extremely important to do because money can vanish in the blink of an eye, also if you get used to having less money you will get used to spending less money.
