Tools used: Paths, Fill, Liner & Radial Gradient Fill, Circle, Cut Path, and Object to Path. After the video I altered his beak and eyes, then added Inner shading and Drop shadows to beak and feet.
Looking at KDE Connect, an application to connect and share data with your Android mobile / tablet over WiFi. It will also display alerts when you receive phone call or text message, control the mouse via touchscreen, and can be used as a multimedia remote.
KDE Connect is pre-installed in Plasma 5 desktop, it can also be used in other desktop environments.

Command:
cut -f 1, -d : input.txt
-f field (use with -d delimiter)
-b byte values (specific characters)
-c range of characers
--output-delimiter= (replace output delimiter)

Here's a Script to easily install Cinnamon desktop onto an Ubuntu Minimal / Server system.
This will give you a lightweight fast booting system, without Unity or any other desktop.
On my system with an Ubuntu Server 13.10 base it was booting up in under 10 seconds, compare that to a 30 second bootup time with Linux Mint 15 Cinnamon.
The disadvantages are it could be missing some crucial packages for Printers and Wireless Network cards, and you'll have to install all applications you require, such as: Web Browser, Email client, Office Suite, etc...
If you have a Windows 8 System with UEFI Secure Boot BIOS Ubuntu Minimal will not work properly, you'll have to use Ubuntu Server instead.
For older UEFI Non-Secure Boot and Legacy BIOS based systems you can use either Ubuntu Server or Ubuntu Minimal.
Instructions:
wget quidsup.net/sh/cinnamon.sh
bash cinnamon.sh
sudo reboot

A look at my home entertainment setup, including XBMC based HTPC (Home Theatre PC), NAS, HDMI Amplifier, and front speakers.
I don't pay for a TV license, which means I can't watch any live over-the-air TV, so I watch everything via my HTPC.
