Skye Burns Dunn Shares her personal healing story as her twin flame husband holds space for her healing.

Many of us have an idea of who we are at a young age, but we aren't quite sure how that integrates with society...or family. I knew who I was, and the things I loved having around me at a very early age. But the problem for me was that I was being abused in a family that did not understand me, nor have any idea of the things I wanted to have around me. I spent many years doing life as they instructed, shifting my natural self for the unnatural one they insisted I become. Adding the abuse to that, and I was a very fractured human. Many years later, much healing work, and integration (as well as shedding that which did not serve my highest good) I finally found that I was what/who I wanted since childhood. It came as an amazing realisation after seeing a picture taken of me by a young friend. She was just snapping...but she caught my truth: I was finally fully integrated. I was finally all that I had longed to be, wearing the clothes I preferred, having the hair that I loved, married to my twin, and living the life I dreamed of as a child.
David has done similar work, others have as well. We talk about David's integration and healing similarly; How he has worked to uncover his truth, release, heal, integrate, and develop the parts of himself that he admires.
I'm sure there is more healing and integration, shifting...there is always more. But for now, having this miracle is a sweet place to be. This episode will be about what we have done to get here, and how we have helped each other. I hope that it inspires you to keep working toward your best and greatest self...the you that you have known before they told you it wasn't possible. It IS possible.
