I received this unusual email on August 29th 2020 which read the follows:
Hi Vincent!
Hope you're doing well! I wanted to reach out about our artist NIKI. She just dropped her single "Lose"
We're currently collecting videos of global street performances, and we want to feature talented singers performing the song in public spaces across the world. This video will be pushed by 88rising
I'm a fan of you so wanted to see if you would be interested in participating! If interested, we'd love to kick this off with you! Please let me know if you're interested as soon as possible and we can quickly touch base on logistics.
And:
Hi Vincent,
So glad you're interested! We are just looking at different ways of sharing this song around the world, and believe that you would be great at helping us do that. Here are more details! Please let me know if you're able to participate.
RELEASE DATE Fri, September 5
SUBMISSION DEADLINE Tues, September 3
SONG “Lose”
INSTRUCTIONS
In a public setting, have someone film you performing “Lose” to a small crowd. Encourage people to slow dance along!
An iPhone or cell phone works fine for this.
Send us the video!
Well, it takes me forever to memorize lyrics, so I was way over the deadline.
This video was sent on September 10th.
They were somewhat content with the results but wanted the rough takes of the video totally unedited and NOT my final cut presented here, so just a few days I have done so.
So now I'm sharing with y'all one of my biggest video creating challenges
I have had the pleasure embark on.
A song I learnt, recorded and edited within 10 days, upon request.
PS I personally think my performance is somewhat lame, it usually takes me at least 30-40 times of performing a particular song before it falls into a shape which really suits my musical entity.

Dresden Germany, December 23rd 2013.
Two pianists/buskers play against each other for many long minutes.
Weapons used for this aggressive duel: Different rhythms, different melodies, two grand pianos and loud amplification against each other.

A little later a car with trailer appeared, out of the trailer a young man pulled out a grand piano and after a few minutes commenced his own street performance even though, a street performer was already doing a show at that particular spot, he did so without any warning or notification.
That young man I've learnt later on, was Davide Martello,

#Papawasarollingstone #Temptations
An old audio recording made with the Roland MC-505 Groove Box and myself on vocals and guitar
via a 2 channel Scarlett interface somewhere in the naughties,
of the 1972 Motown recording artists 'The Temptations' song: 'Papa was a Rolling Stone'.
The audio recording reemerged a few years ago while getting some hard disks in some little order.
I decided to create a little video on top of this long lost audio.
