Before I started this channel, I consulted with a lawyer and a game developer about whether or not the Terms of Service on the Bungie site consider these devices to be cheating.
Long story short, no, there are not. The more appopriate definition of cheating, within the video game realm, would be hacking the game itself.
The Zen is a controller attachment device. Changes nothing about the game, the hardware, or the data.
It could be considered an unfair advantage, but it does not void the agreements or code of conducts listed by Microsoft or Bungie.
Of course, Bungie is free to change their Code of Conduct based on player feedback. They would have to name the exact devices that they view as cheating in order for players to be banned from the game for using them.

Corrective Exercise program instruction for Josh, an online client of mine. He gave me permission to share our private video that addresses his IT band trouble. He has been gaming for 20 years, and has developed some tightness with his hips and legs. This is a sample of the corrective exercise program that addresses these issues.
Making individualized recommendations based on assessments is how I determine corrective exercise and rehabilitation routines.
Use this program first thing in the morning for 10 minutes if possible.
ALWAYS use this before working out as part of your warm up routine.
