Trying to get a slow-ballad version of this song down at this session. Very early in the morning is a good time to try to catch those, or late at night, when the vocal chords are more relaxed. This is Take 4, and I am exhibiting remarkable restraint here - the main camera (this is from the safety camera), the disc flawed on the first two takes and, as they were meant as warmups, the safety camera was not running. Needless to say, they were the best takes. Most of Take 1 was salvaged, albiet only in mono, but Take 2 - a gorgeous slow version with harmonica - is gone forever, bar the first minute of it. Moral - better to back-up than have something get your back up.
