Here is a workout circuit that will build both strength and correct posture! It takes around 30-40 minutes to complete if you add the appropriate rest and recovery periods between super sets.
Warm up: 5 minute walk/jog then perform x2-3 sets of:
1. Literal resistance band leg raises x12 each leg
2. Leg swings x10 each leg
3. Yoga push ups x12
4. Jumping jacks x25
5. Seal jacks x25
Workout: 5 rounds with 2-3 minute rest between sets
1. Heavy seated Rows x6-8
2. Swiss ball chest press x12
3. Swiss ball push ups x6-8
4. Heavy drop back lunges x6 each leg
5. Jump rope as fast as possible x50-100 reps
Do this x1-2 times a week as part of your gaming fitness routine and you will gain incredible Upper body, lower body and core strength, balance, and some light speed/cardio work.
