This is a very (technically) simple-to-implement lighting system. (Which also allows us to easily control & show how a light spreads around in the map.)

HOW TO:
The 'how to' is in the comment section, since YouTube doesn't allow angle brackets in their video description.
SOME APPLICATIONS:
1- Create MUCH better looking maps.
2- Create maps with lighting that's more controlled (in terms of how it spreads around).
3- Limited Sight/Vignette effect. (Have only a small circle around the player visible, keeping the rest dark.)

Plugins: SA_AnotherWeather.js & Cae_WeatherOpts.js

Tested on Version: 1.5.1
SA_AnotherWeather.js changes the default 'Rain' & 'Storm' Weather effects, to something MUCH more pleasing to the eye. It's a plugin you ought to install and forget.
Cae_WeatherOpts.js in combination to the previous plugin, allows you to change the color of the the weather effect. (This plugin has some more functions, but since they don't work when SA_AnotherWeather is active, I'll leave you to explore them on your own.)

How to:
SA_AnotherWeather.js: Once you turn this plugin on, just run your usual Rain or Storm weather effect, and see the change.
Cae_WeatherOpts.js: Simply use this (template) plugin command,
setweather weather color hex-code
Here, you can change the 'weather' to 'rain' or 'storm', or 'snow'. And replace 'hex-code' with any hex-code of any color you want.
For-example, if I want to change the color of 'Rain' to red, I will google "Red hex code", and then my plugin command will become,
setweather rain color #FF0000
for a light yellow colored storm, the plugin command would look like:
setweather storm color #FFFF33
Some Applications:
1- Everything rain & storm, but better.
2- Instantly be able to change the color of rain, and make it look like a blood bath, or an acid rain. (And same with other weather options.)

This plugin allows us to change the animation rate (or frames per second) of the animated tiles in our game.
Note: The default animation rate in RPG Maker MV & MZ is 2 fps.

--- WHAT IS THIS VIDEO ABOUT?
~This video is of me, conversing as a listener with a person who chose to vent about something. On blahtherapy.com/chat-hub, you can either choose to 'vent' to an anonymous stranger, or you could 'listen' to an anonymous stranger who wants to vent about something.
I always listen and I come across some really interesting and intriguing stories, and I get the privilege to have really nice conversations with random strangers. You have people telling you things that they have never told anyone before, some people in these type of conversations uncensor themselves and remove their social restrains while talking to you because they are talking to random strangers who they will never see or hear. Some people who have so called 'unrealistic dreams', share their dreams here exclusively, because they believe if they share about it with their fellow peers, they would be belittled. You get to hear/read about some really interesting problems that people have that you could never even imagine! (literally!)
The best thing I believe is that, some people share their life story and dreams here that they never tell anyone else! I'm a random stranger and I feel blessed being that exclusive person, who got to read about something no one else would perhaps ever know. That exact 'exclusivity' is what urged me to record these conversations as I go through them.
So since I find these conversations really valuable, I felt the need to record these and upload them for others to see as well. So I hope you could value these (or at-least some of them) as I do. Thank you.
