Ready 2 Rumble Boxing Round 2 One Level Playthrough using a Ps1 Cheat Code :D
This is a one-level playthrough of Ready 2 Rumble Boxing Round 2 using the classic cheat code method of using your controller buttons to create various cheats :D
In order to find cheat codes like this I went to this amazing website below:
This is a playthrough of Dead or Alive 2 using the Ps2's Action Replay Max 50,000 cheat codes to give me various cheats. Therefore in proper 90's style TV sound playthrough I finally play this game again using the Action Replay Max 50,000 cheat codes for Ps2 :D
Before that, I found the Action Replay Max 50,000 cheat codes at these great websites below to finally complete this game :D
http://www.mogelpower.de/cheats/ps2.html
or
https://ecb.isp-vhost04.domservice.de/codebase/daten.php?system=ps2
At this point I found a cheat I liked by searching my game title and the ps2 platform, thankfully it was already on the cheat disc but if it was not I would find the master cheat code normally consisting of 13 numbers or letters with multiple rows and find a cheat I liked for the game as in order for that cheat to work you need the master code to then activate that cheat.
After finding the master code I would go to the main menu on the action replay max. Select expert mode by pressing the x button then find the word add new game at the top and press x again to add a new game.
Then I would enter game title using the x button then press ok using the x button, then on the next screen, I would start typing my multiple rows of 13 letters & number master code found on the website then press x on ok when done. If I need more then one row just keep on entering your row and it will take you to the next row automatically.
At this point, I would go to my game title I have just typed the master code for then press x on it and press x on the words add new code.
Then using the same principles as the master code I would find a cheat code I liked on the website which is normally 12 digits or 2, 3 rows of 13 then give my cheat code a name, type my 2+ rows of code and once finished you will have a cheat ready for your game.
At this point, you would switch the code on by pressing the x button on the cheat code name, for example, max health this will give the cheat code a tick to show you have selected it. In order to activate it press the start button then press it again on the word start game (1 code) to enter the game with the cheat code selected.
This is the point where you will change discs then press the ok button using x to take you into the game with the cheat selected.
Hopefully, after viewing this cheat disc in action, it will convince you it's worth buying just to complete Dead or Alive 2 or any other Ps2 game :D

This is a playthrough of Mortal Kombat Gold using the Xploder to give me various cheats. Therefore in proper 90's style TV sound playthrough I finally play this game again using the Xploder for Sega's Dreamcast :D
However, before that, I found cheat codes at these great websites below to finally complete this game :D
https://ecb.isp-vhost04.domservice.de/codebase/daten.php?system=dc
or
http://www.mogelpower.de/cheats/dc.html
At this point I would Find a cheat I liked by searching my game title and the Dreamcast platform, thankfully it was already on the cheat disc but if it was not I would find a cheat code I liked on the website which is normally a combination of two, three or four rows of 8 numbers or letters.
After finding the cheat code I would go to the main menu on the Xploder. Make sure I had enough memory on my memory card to save the new game/cheat codes. Open the lid of the Dreamcast put a game which is not on the Xploder cheat disc like Carrier. This will detect the name of the game and should now show on the main menu screen.
If you want to skip that part you can always go to the main menu press a on cheat browser then press x to add a new game title then press a to type a game title, press start then a to accept that as your game name.
If you decided to go with the game disc option I would press the start button and the first game will be Carrier. I would then open the Dreamcast lid and put the Xploder disc back into the Dreamcast.
I would then press right once I've found my game name title I have just created to enter a name for the cheat code I found for Carrier. At this point, I would press x on the words add new cheat then use the a button to type a cheat title.
Then press start and then a button to accept the changes then I would then press the right button to highlight the words new code and press the x button to add the 8 numbers/letters digit codes using the a button.
When finished the first row I would press start then a to accept changes. Then press x again to add more rows if needed. When finished I would press the start button which brings you to the save the game/cheat code you have entered to your memory card. Press the A button to save your code.
When finished go to the cheat browser, press the a button then the right button, press the a button, to select the new cheat, then press the start button. At the main menu press the words start game using the a button thenn open the lid change games and begin.
Hopefully, after viewing this cheat cartridge in action, it will convince you it's worth buying just to complete this game or any other Dreamcast game :D

This is a one-level playthrough of Millipede using the Nes Game Genie to give me various cheats. Therefore in proper 90's style TV sound playthrough I finally play this game again using the Game Genie for the Nes :D
The cheat code I used in this game was:
Max Lives: PSUKGETVI.
However, before that here is an example of how the GameGenie on the Nes works I basically went to this great website below:
https://etherealgames.com/game-genie-code-index/nintendo-nes/
Important: I bought 3 faulty Gamegenies before I found one that worked on eBay they are 20 years old, always had that pin problem which could eventually damage the pins of your NES which I have read about. In my own experience, you're more likely to find a faulty one than a working one which I found out the hard way just before purchasing one take a 2nd look into the return policy just in case aka better safe than sorry.
Step 1: Find an 8 digit cheat code for the NES game you are playing, for example, I found one for Super Mario Bros 3.
Step 2: The tricky part is inserting a NES game and Game Genie into the Nintendo NES. First, off the Nintendo Entertainment System, I used had the words New Version on it but do think that makes a difference.
The right way to insert game and Game Genie is:
1: The Game Genie logo should be showing that is the correct position of the cheat cartridge to go into more details the rectangle picture on the left theirs a game genie logo and on the right a red guy holding a logo saying video game enhancer/galoob on the right and gold labeling all around.
2: The NES video game the correct face-up position should have the game picture, for example, Super Mario Bros 3 game it would be the Mario character picture which should show/insert underneath the GameGenie Logo pins wise.
3: Underneath the grip for the Game Genie the NES Gamegenie will slip right in sometimes with a little push but hopefully it's an easy fit just depends on age really.
Step 3: Now the fun part the game genie goes into the NES port it tends to take a little push but once in the grip is pretty stable. Also, no need to push the cartridge /game genie down that's not how it works. You can push it up and down that fine, no need to hold it down the cover of the NES should be up anyway as well as the Game Genie itself with the grip and the game sticking out that's just how it works leave it up not holding it down.
Step 4: When you press the power button it's likely to always go grey and a lovely buzzing sound that's what I got from 3 of my faulty Game Genies but do not panic yet I also got that from the working Game Genie as well. Methods I used to overcome this:
1: True and tested blow into the NES game, Game Genie I know people say that does not work but 90's kid here it bloody well works lol.
2: Most effective method just pull out the cheat cartridge reinsert NES game into the game genie and then into the Nes New Version Console. Then power button slowly push it forward till you get the Game Genie menu page.
Step 5: It's not easy to get the GameGenie working the first time I got grey screen 9 out of ten times just quickly pressing the power button and then when I slowly it did go grey screen but sometimes it also went to a fuzzy Game Genie screen you see that your Game Genie is very likely after a few times to eventually work perfectly.
1: Take into consideration the Game Genie has probably been inactive for a while when being sold to you just breathe, I know its frustrating believe me lol but hey this is retro consoles not working at its best it will take time to work but I got it working so can you.
Step 6: For me, it took over 40m mins of on & off to get it working but then you're taken straight to the Game Genie menu. You use the a button and the direction buttons to input your cheats code which is in the form of letters you can also press the b button to delete codes you pressed with the a button if needed. Once you are finishing just press the start button and you are taken to the game menu of for example Super Mario Bros 3.
1: At this point, the code either works or does not work if not turn the power off and on slowly and just press the start button and start again as the restart buttons tend to just take you to the game menu, not Game Genie menu.
Hopefully, after viewing this clip and this guide it will convince you to buy this game on the NES :D They do work once you get the hang of getting it to work 3 hours later lol.

This is a playthrough of Street Fighter Alpha 3 using the Ps2's Action Replay V2 Bonus Disc for Ps1 to give me various cheats. Therefore in proper 90's style TV sound playthrough I finally play this game again using Action Replay V2 Bonus Disc for Ps1 for Playstation :D
Before that, I found the Action Replay V2 Bonus Disc for Ps1 cheat codes at these great websites below to finally complete this game :D
http://www.mogelpower.de/cheats/psx.html
or
https://ecb.isp-vhost04.domservice.de/codebase/daten.php?system=ps1
At this point, I would find a cheat code I liked by searching for the game title and choosing the platform which in this case was the PlayStation. Once found the cheat code you are looking for is normally a combination of one or two rows of 12 numbers or letters but could be less depending on the code or game.
After finding the cheat code I would go to the main menu on the Ar2 v2 bonus disc after pressing x twice at previous screens, press x on the words code list options, then press x again on the word user code list only after making sure you have enough memory on your ps1 memory card.
At this point, after double checking my ps1 memory card has free memory to save my new cheats/game, after pressing on user code list it will take me to the main menu after you press o to return to the main menu. At the main menu press x on select cheat codes then press x again on New Game.
I would then press x on edit name and create a game title by pressing x, (For example X-Men Mutant Academy) then press o when done and press x on exit & save which will save it to your memory card then press o to take you back to the cheat menu. I would then press x on my new game title, press x again on new code, then x again to create a new code description then o once a cheat code name is completed by pressing x.
When done press down, then x again to write my 12 letters/number row code then press o when done. Then press left and down if another row is needed when done I would press x on exit & save which saves cheat code to the memory card then press o to return to the previous screen.
Then I would press x on my nearly created cheat code, press start, then press x on the words start game with selected codes. At this point, I would change the disc and press x again to start the game with the cheat code I have just created.
Hopefully, after viewing this cheat disc in action, it will convince you it's worth buying just to complete Street Fighter Alpha 3 or any other PlayStation Classic game :D
