This week I jumped onto my 3d body scanner to see what has happened over the last month. So far I have lost 7lbs and about 3% body fat! My plan is to maintain my exercise plan and try to reduce another 3% over the next couple months.
Not only have the workouts been effective, monitoring what I put in my mouth has been a game changer. It is difficult to outrun a bad diet, so combining both together gets the best results.

One of the projects we joined this year was the Living Snow Project, which analyzes samples of pink snow to determine the impact algae has on the glaciers and snowpack.
The Living Snow Project relies on people exploring the outdoors to take samples and photos and send in the data. If you ever are hiking in areas with pink snow, you can send samples for free, or at least take photos on the Living Snow Project app!
