How do I take care of myself every day?
Here are the things I do to take care of my emotions:
1 I always have snacks, fruit, and lime water with me, so I don’t feel dehydrated, or hungry, when I’m out doing things.
2 I try to pee when I need to. If the place I planned to go doesn't have a washroom, I will change my plan and go somewhere else, just because I need to pee.
3 I always wear comfortable shoes. If my shoes don’t feel comfortable, I will stop walking and go home, rather than going to more places.
4 I breathe deeply in a park, or under some trees in the morning after getting up, to get enough oxygen into my whole body, to fill my gut and my brain with fresh and delicious oxygen.
5 I try not to stare at my phone for too long, because if I’m using my phone too much I will feel anxious. I only look at it when I need to. I reply to people’s messages with videos, so I don’t need to type.
6 I try to avoid noises. Noises from the lawn mower, for example, or noises from a truck. If I’m in a subway and I can’t avoid the noises, I will put on my headphones and listen to meditation music to massage my brain, and block out these noises.
7 If I feel stuck, upset, or sad, I will go and sit under trees and smell their scents. It’s my safe place, and I do that all the time. Trees' scents relax my nerves, I love absorbing their fresh scents.
Take 5 deep breaths, and let each inhale and exhale last for 20 seconds altogether.
8 Spend two minutes to appreciate what you have, and thank yourself for who you are.
9 Be grateful that you are alive.
10 Take 5 minutes to think about what inspired you recently.
11 Send messages to yourself about your desires, your needs. Recognize your needs and your desires. Show support and recognition to your inner voice. Be your own buddy, and be here for yourself.
12 Try to understand what sorts of painful feelings have been sticking to you and express them by writing them in your notebook, or by writing yourself a message on your phone. Put these thoughts out there and let them go when you are washing your hands, or taking a shower. Don’t bring them with you to your room.
13 When you are really grumpy, tell yourself what has been going well today.
14 Do an unusual thing. We have patterns to our thoughts, and sometimes that’s why we are stuck in some mood. But luckily, we are easily distracted by new things. So I will try to go to an unusual place, accept invitations that I don’t normally accept, and walk on a different street. I will even do something I have been avoiding to surprise myself. Surprises are gifts from life.
15 Don’t push yourself to do too many things in a day. But treat yourself like your best friend. If you hear yourself saying that you feel stressed, or tired

A play of poetry, sounds and visuals.
"Ibiza" by Ephraim Hylton
Saw you dreaming
Last night
I Saw you dreaming
by the sea shore
You drifted with me
To escape
To evolve more
Til we die
And the heat
Of the sun
Was burning our skin
Yea
And I was enjoying
Just going in
Can you see the summer
of the night
Causing cue of delight
Falling all the victims of the world
Sweet devout
Soft air
Speaking softly
Does it make a difference
That I love you
Does it make a difference
That you care
I don’t know what it is
But it feels so rare
Can you Love
Can you love me once more
Before I fall
Can you love me once more
Before I go
I want to softly kiss you
And wash the sands from your feet
And watch you
As the mountain waves
collide cascade
She smiles
And to hold you
If she stumbles
Hold you
If she cries
dry salt from your skin
Soft white towels
And gently I lay you down
And keep you cool
As warm shade
From the summer sky
Slowly drift by
Sleep and dream
glass of chilled red white wine
Sleep and dream…

Without a word, each face lets us escape their stories, their joys, their sorrows, their hope and despair...
Delivering a part of themselves, which words could not fully explain.
For this, we need to listen to them with our eyes and understand them with our heart.
Empathy is the only interpreter between us and these faces.
A pure moment of intimacy, from soul to soul, hearts to hearts, eye to eye, for a short silent moment...
But with thousands and one language.

Hi guys I'm yuliku, a Toronto based artist. I created this video in Toronto.
I'm doing 100 silent films about eye contact and eyes language,
I invited random strangers to share their trust with you.
this is my favourite- Trust, if you go to my channel, you will see all different films about eye emotions.
Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/eyelanguagefilms
Our eyes can talk, eye contacts is the basic languages we share and learn. In this film, people share their emotion when they share Trust through their eyes. Practice eye contacts with this video so you could learn to share your feeling of trust through your eyes.
Try to look at people's eyes, and you might find it more simple than any languages, yet easy to understand.
I'm making a series of silent film about eye languages hopefully can send a message to the world to show how powerful eye contacts could be.
My name is Yuliku, I love to watch films and hear stories.

Non Verbal Communication- I'm sorry, forgive me
"The Library of Emotions" is a project where people can express the things they've always wanted to say but never had the courage to do. I allow them to express it with their eyes.
This project aim to connect people through their experiences so no one feels alone. 。◕ v ◕。
The goal of this project is to shed light on the beauty of human intimacy and how important it is to be authentic with one another.
The Library of Emotions was created by the artist Yuliku, which contains thousands of expressions of emotions by people from a number of countries.
Yuliku adds more emotions to her collection on a weekly basis. As well as recording the expressions of emotion on video, she also documents the feelings and thoughts of some of her participants.

I personally feel less lonely when I hear someone going thru the same thing as me.
So I made this video to share with you.
Do you feel lonely?
Being lonely seems to carry a stigma, yet most people feel lonely at times. And feeling lonely, is not a direct cause of being alone. It’s possible to feel lonely in a crowd.
I bet you have experienced the moment of feeling alone even when you were surrounded by people.
Loneliness means different things to different people. For some people it’s a lack of social interaction, whereas others can have plenty of social interaction but feel that it is meaningless, and they’re therefore also lonely.
Being vulnerable and admit you feel lonely is not just about showing the parts of you that are shiny and pretty and fun anymore. It’s about revealing what you deny or keep hidden from other people.
And if we reveal our authentic selves, there is the great possibility that we will be misunderstood, labeled, or worst of all, rejected. The fear of rejection can be so powerful that some wear it like armor.
But it's ok to feel lonely, we all feel alone at some point and it's ok to share it.
I'm making a series of silent film about eye languages hopefully can send a message to the world to show how powerful eye contacts could be.
In this film, people share their emotion when they share the feeling of loneliness through their eyes.
