Recipe:

• With Thermomix: grind for 10 seconds, speed 10
• Without Thermomix: grind the seeds with a blender.
• Add to the ground seeds:
• 350 grams of gluten-free flour
• 1/8 de tsp of Xathan gum
• 10 grams of fresh yeast
• One tsp of salt
• 500 grams of water
• WithThermomix: mix for 1 minute, speed 3.
• Without Thermomix: mix with a wooden spoon or a cooking robot.
• With Thermomix: knead function for 3 minutes
• Without Thermomix: knead with a wooden spoon or a cooking robot.You get a sticky dough that can’t be handled with your hands.
• Wet a baking paper and place it in a baking pan.
• Place the dough in the baking pan.
• Let the dough rise for 40 minutes.
• Bake at moderate temperature for 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the oven.
Tip: Once the bread is done, let it cool down and keep it in the fridge. Cut the piece you want to eat, and toast it.
