The B Team - Battlefleet Gothic Armada 2: Imperium Campaign Part 16
In this episode, we start by ending our turn to allow a Chaos invasion to come to fruition in the Cadian sub-sector. We had an Astartes fleet and a recently build-up imperial fleet to defend Vorga Torq from the traitor legions. The battle was difficult but through what we can mostly put down to luck we limped away victorious. Next we headed for Nemesis Tessera to stop a second invasion and also breach the obsidian depth.

In this episode, we move to wipe out the large Ork fleets in orbit of Mordax Prime. The Orks focused fire on the Imperial Navy vessels bringing Admiral Spire’s Flagship as well a Grand Cruiser close to death. Luckily they didn’t die, but we wouldn’t the Ork leader for some time.

In this episode, weprepare a defence on our main line, south of Warsaw. As the 70th Infantry Regiment had not finished entrenching we were forced to deploy into battle without gun emplacements. Luckily we had two tank destroyer battalions in close proximity so we could roll them in for support of our infantry.

In this episode, we try to give the soviet union the chance to counter attack our new front, but they choose to redeploy elsewhere. This allows us to strengthen our front and send more units into our breach until we could attack the encircled units. Now with around half the units destroyed a link up appears to be on the horizon.
