USAID Spook Samantha Power says: “Putin is weaponizing food with his full-scale war in Ukraine. The Black Sea Grain Initiative must proceed unhindered by the Kremlin, so that lifesaving food gets to hungry people around the world.”
THE REALITY:
Russia extended the grain deal, despite the west not lifting direct & indirect sanctions on Russia. They even agreed to ship grain to poor countries & Africa for free, but were met with resistance from Ukraine. The US-led NATO coalition are the ones weaponizing food to attack Russia.
