Is it safe to buy Ivermectin from online pharmacy? FDA list of Illegal online pharmacies
Many people with prescriptions for Ivermectin or even other drugs have been having trouble finding a local pharmacy to fill their doctor's prescriptions. Some people have gone online to find a pharmacy that will fill their prescriptions. Not all online pharmacies are the same. The FDA has a list of online pharmacies that are operating illegally. The FDA also has a link you can send inquiries to in order to find out more about online pharmacies and has information to help the public evaluate pharmacies. https://www.fda.gov/drugs/drug-supply-chain-integrity/internet-pharmacy-warning-letters

Here is my SHORTS PLAYLIST https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL0Fl7dCpoux5YV7lHjbaIqfyp3jiQk976
I am probably going to continue experimenting with the little inflatable Intex 2O0 raft boat, but this may be a sign not to. The boat was fully inflated for 2 days and when I went looking for wood to make some outriggers it deflated.
I don't get much money from YouTube for my SHORTS videos but they are a lot of fun to make and I am just getting started.

I wanted to modify my Intex explorer inflatable K2 kayak and make it into a sailboat that I could keep in my small apartment. Since I only spent $75 on the inflatable kayak I thought I would try to keep the remainder of the sailboat under $100.
To do this I used low-cost pine wood and a painter's water-resistant drop cloth for the sail. I used scrap tongue and groove wood for the leeboard and 2x3 wood for the frame and a 2x2 piece of wood for the mast and 1x2 for the yard and boom. I used an oar for the steering oar.
While sailing for the first time the oar kept coming out of the metal U support making it impossible to steer except for a few moments at a time which made it hard to control, or tack. As I sailed
downwind the frame broke near where it is attached at the front corner and I had to paddle back to my starting place which took some effort.
Some things worked in the design surprisingly well and some did not. I will make improvements and try again.
Pro
what worked
1.) Boat cushion seats
2.) Leeboard- partially
3.) sail, as far as I know. I really need more time to judge, but the moments the boat was under control it behaved well.
4.) halyard
5.) Frame reinforcement
6.) air pump
7.) Buckets
8.) carabiner, cord and cleat frame attachment
9. ) paddle against the wind
10. ) pipe insulation foam chafe protection for frame
11. gooseneck and boom
Con
what did not work
1.) Frame corner joint split
2.) Steering oar popped out of metal U support rendering steering ineffective
3.) Leeboard jammed
4.) Machine screws hard to insert and nuts time consuming
5.) lost hat in a gust
6. . skeg not attached
7 ) mast not easy to remove in an emergency
8.) life jacket wrong color
Improvements I will make
1.) add butterfly nuts larger washers
2.) strengthen cross frames with a plank across top athwartship.
3.) add a cup holder
4.) add preventer to the steering oarlock
5.) add width to the frame to keep leeboard from rubbing
6.) widen leeboard slot by 3/4 inch
7.) add reef points to sail
8) add second steering oar
9.) add rope from bow to assist entering
10.add camera mounts
11.)add grease to leeboard
12.) take a luggage cart
13. add skeg before assembling
14. add highly visible color to the lifejacket

Here is Dr. Ford Brewer's video. ABI (Ankle Brachial Index): How to Detect Plaque By Yourself https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QcK_-rtu9Ww&t=537s
I was very impressed by Dr. Brewer's video on how to easily test for arterial plaque by simply using a blood pressure cuff and the Ankle Brachial Index test. I hope everyone takes the time to test themselves and also checks out his channel.
There are drawbacks to the ABI test that is covered in his video. I found another video that goes into some of the drawbacks in more detail here.

I think, after years of shaving, that the Bic Sensitive single blade razor is the best low-cost razor I have ever used. Everything is a compromise. The Bic does take longer to shave as it is not aggressive and I need to use it repeatedly over parts of my face where a better and more aggressive blade would remove the beard stubble quicker.
I have been shaving every other day for a month and stropping my razor with a Blade Buddy before use and there is little difference between a new Bic and the one I am still using.
The Blade buddy is a little gadget made of silicon that is supposed to straighten out the fine edge of the blade and seems to work. It was about $9 on Amazon but the last time I looked Amazon was selling a different color Blade Buddy for around $5.
I will leave the links below.

I have seen people use denim or lather to strop their blades and you may get good results that way too.
A few years ago I posted a video that has become very popular in how to make your razor a long time by soaking it in soapy water which keeps the blades from getting clogged up when using razors that have multiple blades. I still recommend that tip but for the single blade, I really like the Blade Buddy.
You can also get the Bic Sensitive single blades at Walmart for about the same price as Amazon.

How easy is it to grow and harvest Sunflower microgreen? Very Easy.
I buy sunflower seeds on Amazon and soak them overnight. The next day I plant them in a very shallow tray made from a plastic lid from a storage bin in moist potting soil. They only get 2 hours of early morning sun a day. I keep the soil moist.
In a few days, I have more microgreen sunflower seedlings than I can eat.

Walmart sells much cheaper sunflower seeds from Pennington and the company told me they do not use pesticides on them.

Make 30 burgers with 1 can of Spam. I am a big fan of my homemade veggie burgers. I use the same general vegetarian recipe and swap out ingredients to make clam cakes, fish cakes, shrimp cakes, tofu burgers, bean cakes, and plain old veggie burgers. Today I am adding Spam with bacon as the key ingredient. The recipe turned out very well. The great thing about this recipe is you can use so many substitutions or additions
.Bacon Spam veggie burger
1/2 can bacon spam cubed and grilled
1 can chick peas drained
1 onion
3 celery stalks sliced super thin
2 large carrots grated
1/4 cup peas
1 can mushrooms drained
1 egg
2 tbs oil
3/4 cup cornmeal mix
3/4 cup oats
1/4 cup tomato juice
salad olive
salt pepper
turmeric
onion powder
garlic powder
optional red pepper flakes
cook in skillet or panini grill
If anyone is going to leave me an upset comment to remind me this is not a veggie burger, they are right, it is a veggie burger I added a non-vegetable meat ingredient. That makes it a veggie burger WITH something else added to it. They can leave out the meat and have one of the better veggie burgers they will ever make.

Very few companies still offer a lifetime warranty or guarantees on their products or services. Most of the time you will get a limited warranty full of legal jargon instead of clear simple promises to make things right. I decided to see how many companies I could come up with that still offer a lifetime guarantee and found a few.
I got the idea for the video from watching Moe over at 65Ford. He did a video where he tested the famous Craftsman warranty by simply taking back old busted Craftsman tools to the hardware store. I was pleasantly surprised to see they gave him no problem at all and allowed him to simply replace his tools without filling out a lot of forms and leaving a deposit or the regular malarkey we all have to go through when dealing with corporations.
