It's easy to see why Evile is such and underrated band. Very much influenced by their guitar heroes, but standing strong on it's own non the less. There is not a single good tab out there for this song and all the guitar parts for it are incorrectly tabbed on all forums, so I did what I usually would do, and tabbed it out myself. I had a longer task of tabbing this song than I did recording and learning it. I watched all the live footage I could find to see find out exactly what Matt and Ol is playing in those beautiful guitar harmonies. I also used my very old ( almost 16 years now) acoustic guitar I bought way back at a local Argus in London when I was visiting there in my early years. Tuning is Std E So I've been meaning to do this song for some time now but could never really nail that crazy solo. So I decided to put my learning hat on for this crazy killer song from the best band in the world and start learning. The solo is still not as good as I would want it to be, but it is definitely better than I used to play it. Knowing that Dime uses that strange way of tuning, this one is definitely not one of them. I played along the original track when I was practicing the riffs and it is all standard tuning, so no need to scratch your head around this one. I also used an IR from the Cowboys From Hell album to get the tone that you're hearing here. Using, once again, Emissary amp and cab sims. More load Backing Tracks. Done in standard Eb tuning This is 100% the correct tempo and drum beats. I resync'd it within my DAW and lined everything up with the original recording. So If both tracks played together, they are in sync with eachother. Go ahead and test it out if you'd like. I also redid all the drums so that the fills and cymbal parts are correct according to the original recording. Fact: When I did the drums, I noticed something in the original recording that I never noticed before. Lars Played some Bongo drums on top of his main drum lines in the 2nd and 3rd verses. This was actually fun to try and decipher and I hope I got it somewhat correct. I recorded a real bass on top of the Drums, but made use of a guitar tab I found online, as it was very difficult for me to figure out by ear what Jason was playing.
