Het DVO Jaar-Journaal is de hoeksteen van ons programma-aanbod. Hier vertellen we in 1 keer het hele verhaal met de belangrijkste invalshoeken over wat volgens ons niet klopt aan de wetenschap, de cijfers, de maatregelen en de hele bizarre situatie.
In 2020 is de reguliere media in een impasse beland waarbij ze niet meer bij machte zijn om hun onderzoekstaken te doen. Andere informatie dan de reguliere wordt geknepen en gewist. Op de bekende platforms zoals Google, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter kan men al sinds april 2020 niet meer vrij berichten. [ zie deze deze video op het nieuwe alternatief voor YouTube: Odysee ] Door deze informatieblokkade is het voor de meeste burgers onmogelijk om goede informatie te verkrijgen.
Uiteindelijk heeft deze blokkade er toe geleid om dan maar zelf het nieuws te verslaan en nieuwe wegen van verspreiding te vinden. Zo werden eerst 2 journaals vervaardigd in samenwerking met een andere onafhankelijke nieuwsorganisatie en toen die samenwerking stopte, is het hele programma in eigen beheer voortgezet (onderzoek, redactie en technische realisatie) en is daarvoor een nieuwe omroep organisatie opgericht die tot doel heeft om juist wel goede journalistiek te bedrijven en zo mensen van echt nieuws te voorzien. Wij proberen met onze zeer bescheiden middelen te doen wat de reguliere media niet kunnen en of niet mogen. Hopenlijk kunnen we ze hiermee inspireren.
