These two models are the same size and resemble the same full size plane, but are different in almost every other way. One is built from balsa and covered in film and powered by a 90 mm EDF and the other is 3D printed from PLA and powered by a 120 mm fan. The Blackhorse L-39is about 2 kg lighter than the EL-39. ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7E_7e1s38vU
Here my home-made CNC router is milling a scale RC helicopter tail rotor hub from a piece of 6082-T6 aluminium.
You can see me spraying spirit on the work piece occasionally for cooling. This works great for aluminium.

Between flying the big planes I play around with the little Freewing F-16. When I fly like this I'm actually only using the throttle and rudder. I'm holding full up elevator all the time and am controlling the altitude with the throttle.
Shot with my new iVUE Vista 4k video camera glasses at 2560x1440 30 fps.

Built from Rich Uravitch plans, with 3D printed nacelles, nose, canopy, wingtips, props and sponsons. It fliew well, as expected from a well proven design from a good designer.
The nose gear didn't retract successfully against the headwind so I will try more voltage to the retracts before the next flight. This was just a shake down test before I finish the plane with markings and time consuming detail work.
It weighs ~9400 g.
It spent 1000 mAh of 10000 available, so up to 20 minute flights are possible with this pack, or I can fly shorter flights with half the battery size instead.
