Police brought back the passenger of the SUV, who identified Miller as the man who keyed his car. An internal affairs report says a Deputy and Sergeant unlawfully arrested a legally blind man, who was carrying a walking stick. In a videotaped statement Tuesday on Facebook, Sheriff Mark Hunter identified the arresting deputies as Jayme Gohde and her supervisor, Sgt. Randy Harrison. "Sgt. Harrison and Deputy Gohde were both shown that James did not have a weapon. At that point James should have been free to leave," a Columbia County Sheriff's Office internal affairs report states. The interaction did not end. The Deputy and Sergeant searched Hodges and eventually arrested him. "They detained James, searched his pockets for identification, and ultimately arrested him with insufficient probable cause," the report says, "The arrest was made after Sgt.
