20 g 鹿茸菇 Dried Velvet Mushroom
20 g 金蟲草花 Dried Golden Cordyceps flower
297 g 罐頭粟米粒 Canned Whole Kernel Corn
1/3 片 pcs 陳皮 Tangerine Peel
3 pcs 無花果 figs
2 片 Slices 薑片 Sliced ginger
2650 ml 清水 (連浸 3 種菇類的水) Water (Including Soaked Mushroom Water)

20g姬松茸 Himematsutake
20g 茶樹菇Cha Shu Gu
25g 猴頭菇Monkey head mushroom
20g 竹笙Bamboo fungus
129g 豬腱肉 Pork shank
1/2 pc 新鮮雞 Chicken
2 粒pc 無花果乾Dried figs
2 片pc 薑片 sliced ginger
2500ml 清水water
姬松茸需要生長在高温、日夜溫差大、多濕、通風、特殊土壤的環境中,是夏秋生長的腐生菌。種植姬松茸生長的周期短,見效快。(長在野馬排便轉成的天然堆肥上,當地居民自古以來就拿來食用,居民普遍都長壽。)
