In today's video I breakdown the deference between reactive agility and planned agility. I also give some examples of reactive agility drills you can do as well as some planned agility drills, and explain the importance of each and why we need both of these! I feel as if the reactive agility is something that is missing from most athletes training when we are talking agility. It is very important that we also add in this type of agility because whenever we know the route we are taking it doesn't make our brain work as hard like it does when we have to make quick decisions with our reaction.

Knee Pain Stretches (Knee Pain Relief)
In an earlier video I talk about Patellar Tendonitis, and give you the steps that I took to get rid of knee pain. I wanted to get a little more detailed for an all around knee pain. So I talk about my favorite stretches for knee pain. I give you three different stretches for the hip area, because for the most part the hip is going to be the cause of tight muscles throughout the legs.
The three areas for the stretches are hip flexors, glutes, and adductors. Keeping the hip joints loose will help relieve your knee pain.

In this video I talk about single leg vertical jump training to dunk a basketball, and how I like to go about intergrading this into my programs as well as form and technique of the one foot vertical jump. Form and technique are going to be a big thing with something like this especially for the people that would label themselves as a two foot jumper. The goal here is to get use to the idea of jumping off of one foot first, I break down the process of that. Then I talk about some single leg exercises for vertical jump, and the benefits of them all as well!

For this video I show you one of my favorite acceleration drills for your basketball first step. Most of the time basketball courts are not long enough for us to reach our top speed, so our acceleration in basketball is very important. A slow acceleration can be the reason for a slow sprint.
I show you 3 different variations of one drill that will help your sprinting technique, fast twitch fibers, reaction, and conditioning. Doing this drill once or twice a week will improve acceleration in now time!
