Here is the recipe:
Ingredients:
2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp xanthan gum
1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) instant yeast
1 1/4 cups warm water
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 large eggs, room temperature
Method:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, salt, sugar, and xanthan gum.
Add the instant yeast and stir to combine.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the warm water, vegetable oil, and eggs until frothy.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. The dough will be sticky.
Pour the dough into a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.
Cover the pan with a clean kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes, or until the dough has doubled in size.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bake the bread for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
Remove the bread from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
