DIY dent repair techniques can be used to fix dents and door dings. For instance, hammer and dolly, spoons, painless dent removal (pdr) are all different techniques that can be used to fix dents. In this video I am going to demonstrate how to use a stud welder gun that welds a small stud to the metal panel to remove the damage.

About Eastwood Gray Urethane Primer and Activator Gal Kit
EW Urethane primer is a two component gray surfacer designed for overall jobs. It fills well, sands easily and provides excellent color holdout for all top coats. Mixes 4:1 with 50241 ZP catalyst. May be applied over Eastwood Epoxy primers, old paint, body filler & even bare metal. Ideal for block sanding in 3-4 hrs after application. kit makes 5 sprayable quarts, includes medium speed activator. Primer is Low VOC 2.1 lbs per gallon.

Mix 4:1 with 50309ZP Urethane activator May be reduced up to 20% with eastwood's low VOC reducer Use HVLP spray gun nozzle size 1.2-1.6, conventional 1.4-1.6 HVLP Gun 8-10 psi, conventional 40-50 psi. Apply two wet coats with 10-15 minute flash time. Topcoat after 30 minutes, up to 18 hours. Primer must be abraded before topcoatong for adhesion purposes.
