Using STM32 to drive huge 7-segment display

Some micro cameras come with this treatment from the factory, some don't. It's a very simple mod to do, but I think some people might be afraid of damaging their brand new camera.
From my experience, having the PCB exposed to the elements will sometimes result in unpredictable behaviour of the camera when, let's say, wet grass gets onto it.

Some swear by clear nail polish and it's probably the easiest to find.
