Several new challengers join the Diaper Wrestling Association, an organization that welcomes both girls who wear diapers and girls who wear panties. Girls continue to sumo wrestle for prize money that's given out by news reporters and other citizens. The DWA has its own rules about sumo wrestling. The character roster is updated with several new characters, some of which replace existing characters in the roster. Parries have been added to the game, which lets a Diaper Enforcer sustain a hit without receiving any damage from their opponent. Returning characters in the roster underwent some balance changes.
