The Death Of The Free Press
The press card saga continues. Just an hour before Subject Access was kidnapped by the Metropolitan Police whilst doing his job of reporting on their crimes. This severely inhibited coverage of the criminal actions by the regime during the protest. Their message seems to be clear: only those working for government-approved organisations with government-issued permits are permitted report on what is happening on the streets. What has happened to the free press?

No mention of any requirement to carry a state permit by law.

In addition to this, such "regulations" are themselves ultra vires and beyond the scope of Parliament, as substantiated by Sir William Blackstone (one of the greatest lawyers in the totality of English history, alongside many others we shall outline in a later video):

“The rights or liberties of Englishmen consist primarily in the free enjoyment of personal security, of personal liberty, and of private property. To vindicate these rights, when actually violated or attacked, the subjects of England are entitled, in the first place, to the regular administration and free course of justice in the courts of law; next, to the right of petitioning the king and parliament for redress of grievances; and lastly to the right of having and using arms for self-preservation and defence.

And all these rights and liberties it is our birthright to enjoy entire; unless where the laws of our country have laid them under necessary restraints so gentle and moderate that no man of sense or probity would wish to see them slackened.”

Blackstone (1723-1780) Commentaries on the Laws of England
