The service does the wrapping of several NFTs of the ERC-721 standard in one transaction.
Access to the service is granted with the subscription to be purchased
To create wrapped NFT the limitations and locks should be defined: transfer lock, unwrapping schedule, collateral vesting and others. The combination of transfer and unwrapping locks leads to Soul Bound Token creation.
The service creates wrapped tokens of two standards ERC-721 and ERC-1155
The service sets commissions for wrapped NFT in ERC-20 tokens.
The list of recipients of wrapped NFT should be specified as well as the list of original NFT needed to be wrapped.
ERC-20 tokens or native tokens as security could be put in each wrapped NFT
The distribution of the commission charged for the transfer could be set up as the multi-royalty mechanism.
Let's buy a subscription
The form shows the buyer's address as the address of the recipient of the subscription. It could be another address if the subscription is purchased for someone else.
The tariff is to be chosen. There are plans to use the service for a certain period of time or a certain number of times.
A sufficient amount of ERC-20 tokens is required to purchase the subscription
The purchased subscription is a wrapped NFT with ERC-20 tokens locked in.
The blocking period is according to the chosen tariff plan.
The owner of the wrapped NFT is the holder of the subscription.
The tariff plan is chosen.
Confirmation of the transaction to permit ERC-20 tokens to purchase a subscription
Confirmation of the transaction to purchase the subscription according to the tariff plan.
The subscription is activated.

There are options to wrap the original NFT:
- original NFT are minted on Envelop
minting platform
- original NFT are minted on the outside minting platform
- wrap the emptiness without original NFT
Let's wrap the original NFT that is minted on Envelop minting platform
Mint NFT.
Add a media file, specify the Name and Description.
Add a property and a value to be stored in the metadata.
Choose the type of NFT we want to mint. In this case - ERC-721.
Specify the number of NFTs to mint within one transaction.
All of them will have the same picture.
Metadata is stored on the Swarm blockchain
Confirmation of the minting transaction in the Metamask.
NFT with ID 100 and 101 are created.
Let's check the NFTS in the core Envelop’s application on the dashboard in the section “Discovered”.
Switching from minting platform to SAFT application.
Envelop contract address is inserted by default in the original NFT contract address field
Specify wrapped NFT blocking period.
Let's choose the standard for the created wrapped NFT as of ERC-721
The list of wrapped NFTs recipient addresses as well as token Ids can be loaded from a file.
The data in the file is separated by a semicolon.
Or to add data manually
Let's add some Ethereum as collateral for each wrapped NFT .
Wrap.
Two wrapped NFTs will be created for one transaction.
There is permission to use tokens of the original NFT contract for SAFT contract.
Therefore, this step is skipped.
Confirm the wrapping transaction in the metamask.
The transaction has been confirmed.
Let's check the transaction.
Verify on the dashboard in Envelop application that the recipients have received wrapped NFT
Check both recipients and they have wrapped NFT with ID 44 and 45.

Connect metamask to the application
The list of wrapped NFT of the ERC-721 standard wrapped with the protocol version 0 is loaded on the dashboard
As well as all original NFTs of the ERC-721 standard
There are 3 ways to wrap NFT in the application:
- to mint original NFT with default metadata and wrap
- utilize the existing NFT from the section “Your discovered NFTs” and press the “Wrap button” for this NFT
- specify the address of the smart contract of the original NFT and token Id in “Wrap NFT section”
Let's do the wrapping with the 1st way:
Mint original NFT with default metadata and wrap it
Confirm minting transaction in metamask
The original NFT is minted and the page with the settings to wrap this NFT appeared.
Specify the size of the native collateral to be added into wrapped NFT
Specify the ERC-20 token as the transfer fee and its amount.
This commission is paid by the senders of the wrapped NFT
The commission token is available from the list.
Specify the percentage of royalty that the beneficiary receives from each transfer.
Specify the royalty beneficiary.
Specify the limit for the accumulated commission.
In this case 90% of the commissions are to be added to the dynamic collateral of wrapped NFT from each transfer.
Once the accumulated commissions reach 10 tokens, wrapped NFT can be unwrapped.
Specify time lock in days.
Once the time lock of 3 days expires and the limit for the accumulated commission is reached then the wrapped NFT can be unwrapped.
Start wrapping process
Confirm the transaction in metamask
Token with ID 71 is created
Token with ID 71 appears on the dashboard in the application
Add collateral in the form of ERC-20 tokens.
Select a token from the list.
A token cannot be specified in the form without adding it to the white list of protocol tokens
Specify the number of tokens in the collateral.
Confirm the transaction in metamask
Check wrapped NFT has collateral with 5 NIFTSY tokens.
Let's transfer wrapped NFT to another address.
Confirm the transaction by issuing permission to use tokens to pay the transfer fee.
Confirm the transfer transaction in the metamask
Wrapped NFT does not appear on the dashboard of the original owner.
Let's check how wrapped NFT appears on the recipient's dashboard.
Accumulated commission for displays in wrapped NFT as well.
Let's do the wrapping in the second way.
Select the unwrapped NFT on the dashboard in the “Your discovered NFTs” section.
Press the “Wrap” button there.
do not fill in anything on the opening page.
Just wrap it.
Confirm transactions in metamask.
Wrapped NFT with ID 72 is created.
There is a copy link action in the three dots menu of each wrapped NFT.
This link opens wrapped NFT in the view mode.
