Técnica: Colocate detrás de una banqueta, flexiona una rodilla y coloca el pie sobre la banqueta.
Realiza una sentadilla, antes de que la rodilla toque el piso estiras las piernas y al salta con el pie que esta sobre el piso.

Músculos: Piernas, cuadricep, femorales, glúteos.

Nivel: Intermedio

Contraindicaciones: Ejercicio no apto para personas con lesiones en la rodillas, espalda, con espolón o sobrepeso.

Technique: Stand behind a stool, bend one knee, and place your foot on the stool.
Perform a squat, before the knee touches the floor, you stretch your legs and jump with the foot that is on the floor.

Muscles: Legs, quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes.

Intermediate level

Contraindications: Exercise not suitable for people with injuries to the knees, back, with spurs or overweight.
