Hi. My name is Stephanie and I am a recovering "empath" or people pleaser. After many years in an active healing process, with much education and application, I have discovered the root of this behavior, at least in my case. Truly unveiling the ways my upbringing, collective education about what it means to be a "good" woman, coupled with societal patterns kept me stuck in looping behavior where I rarely prioritized my health and wellness until I got sick.
