I absolutely love micro movement sessions. The days of me going to the gym for hours and grinding out workouts are behind me. These days I prefer to have my living space setup in a way that allows my to move throughout the day. These short, focused micro movement sessions are incredibly beneficial.
The trick is to have a few movements, 3-5, planned and a way you can execute them several times a day. The little session should be 5-15 minutes long. They shouldn't leave you exhausted when you're done. The idea behind this is to build extra quality movement into your life regularly. These short session are much easier to get into busy schedules and can work wonders for your strength and mobility!
