One common factor is a lack of demand or resistance on the bones. Regular weight-bearing exercises like walking, jogging, or strength training can stimulate bone growth and improve density. So, let's get moving and give our bones the workout they deserve! ?
Another key element for healthy bones is exposure to sunlight. Sunlight is a natural source of vitamin D, which plays a vital role in calcium absorption and bone health. So, don't forget to soak up some sunshine (safely, of course!) to support your bone density.
