Kathy Hochul governor of New York was chosen by Andrew Cuomo as her his lieutenant governor running mate because she was such a non-entity that he felt completely unthreatened by her. of course when he was forced to resign she became governor. and it was her re-election Campaign which people you know largely that combined with what Eric Adams did largely and and the failure of the state democratic party which you know at the very least resulted in the loss of a couple of congressional seats that Democrats really should have won. Hochul now had the opportunity to appoint one of the top judges in New York state which that Court incidentally was the one that struck down the Democrats attempt to redistrict. and so the implications of this appointment are huge. and of course across the board in terms of like abortion and other really huge questions. She chose a conservative judge who is Latino and was so conservative that even some prominent Latino state senators who want representation in the Judiciary and in all parts of New York state government because there is a woeful lack of representation we're like this is exciting but no thank you. because this person has no you know their policies are horrible. labor has now also come out against this anti-union chief judge. and this is James Mahoney New York State District Council of ironworkers coming out speaking out against this nomination of Hector LaSalle. ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=16-lwCAof2w
