In this video I explain why you might have anxiety, and how you can go about resolving issues behind your anxiety.
Resolving anxiety will require self inquiry in order to uproot it. Question yourself and why you feel the emotion of anxiety or what thoughts create your anxiety. This alone will bring realizations. Secondly, you can then slowly stepping outside your comfort zone until you can accomplish what you really want in life without debilitating anxiety. Start with small wins and build up. Goodluck! There are definitely pros and cons to meat eating. If you are open minded, I suggest you do your research and make your own decisions about what you are putting into your body and not subscribing to that what everyone else is doing must be the right way. Back pain is very common and easy to fix. You want to stack your spine (vertebre) vertically so it requires minimal muscle stamina to stay aligned. To align the top of your spine, pull your neck and tilt head back slightly.
From here you will notice that your awareness and concentration will mirror your body’s posture, and you will feel more awake and able to get into deeper states of non self.
