We have an individual named Yuriy Lunyov who was the Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces at the time. He explains in this interview that a special service was set up for monitoring #UFOs in the areas he resided over. the Colonel goes on to explain service records are kept on UFOS based on their form, color, sound, and behavior. He mentions that in the past two years his subordinates have reported two instances of #UnidentifiedFlyingObjects visiting Ukraine. In the first instance a fighter plane had to take off for this very reason. (I am not sure if it was to pursue the UFO or to get to a safer area) – Finally, and most interestingly, the last sentences describe that Russian antiaircraft forces downed a UFO and took an #Alien Captive. This document must be one of the most compelling ones I have went through yet.
