Fall Foraging and Herbalism Retreat 2016 - Part 2 - Strengthening Immune Function
Hey friendly foragers, Heres a clip from the 2016 Fall Foraging and Herbalism Retreat which was held September 2-4, in Monroe NY at Ananda Ashram. In this clip, Dan answers the question, "What can be done to strengthen our immune system once again."
Ananda is a special oasis of a place, and one of my favorite places to teach weekend workshops.
This time we covered around 25 plant species while we practiced botanical identification and plant family recognition, mushroom identification, ayurvedic and alchemical principles, yoga philosophy, and a range of other sustainability and indigenous theory and practice.
Check out their lovely ashram at www.anandaashram.com - I usually get a chance to do a spring and fall retreat there, so look out for more to come in spring of 2017.
