Do not waist your money on decompression (aka traction) The costs are ridiculous and the results are temporary at best. We live under gravity and yes having decompression takes pressure of your spine (temporary) but as soon as you stand up the pressure comes back. Not only does it come back but can be worse. The reason it can be worse is due to the fact when your spine is being decompressed you are (sucking) in fluid from around the spine into the discs making them bigger. So when gravity is brought back to the spine any herniated disc is now bigger and swollen putting additional pressure on the injured nerve. You can believe me or you can do what most people do and try it and learn for yourself. Go to a qualified chiropractor that will fix your spinal structure so gravity will work with you rather than against you. Just trying to save my subscribers money and time. Love you all. God Bless

Shayn is BACK! 3 years later and he needs to come see me again. Over the last 3 years Shayn has gone to an additional 2 chiropractors that really did nothing for him. In his initial treatment program he had expressed that he had over 20 year struggle with BACK Pain. He has saw over 11 chiropractors, went to various other doctors and even went to a Pain Management Specialist. The pain specialist HACK injected 16 shots into his back and did nothing. “How many shots does it take till these dumb Medical HACKs send these patients to real healers? Chiropractor?” Anyways Shayn’s symptoms are: Hip & Low back pain, Vertigo, Neck Pain, Plantar Fasciitis, Jaw Pain, Shoulder pain, Constipation & Sleep issues. The great part about Shayn’s return is that we can all learn from him. We have 2 sets of x-rays 3 years apart. We find out that not only education is important but the willingness to put eduction into action is paramount.
